The many typical local products of the Po Delta and the Polesine and the neighbouring area of the Colli Euganei include produce of the sea: mussels, clams, eels and sea bass; produce of the land: rice, melons, garlic, pumpkins, lettuce, chicory, jujubes (Chinese dates), sweet potatoes, kiwi fruit, apples; pork and by-products: "Bondola" sausage, ham, honey, bread, oil and wines.
